With this policy, we inform you of the way in which we collect and use information concerning you, as provided by the current legislation (General Data Protection Regulation 679/2016). At the same time, we record and present your rights, regarding the personal data we process as well as the measures to protect your privacy.

The Personal Data Management Policy describes how personal data is collected, stored and processed, in order to harmonize with the company's internal operating regulations and legislation.

WHAT THE LAW DEFINES

In order to proceed with the processing of the data concerning you, the existence of a specific legal information library is necessary.

The company keeps and processes personal data in the context of the execution of its contractual obligations, as provided by law (Article 6 GDPR par.1) and to safeguard the vital interests of the subjects of the aforementioned personal data.

In order for the company to be in line with the law, while holding and processing personal data (electronic or paper records), the following basic principles need to be followed:

  1. to do so with a lawful cause ,

  2. for a certain purpose,

  3. accurately and by observing only the necessary data.

  4. In addition, personal data must be accurate and fully up-to-date,

  5. according to the rights of the subject,

  6. kept only for the time necessary and protected by appropriate technical and organizational means.

  7. In case they are transferred outside the European Union, this must be done legally.

TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA WE PROCESS

The company collects:

  • Your first name, last name, contact details, and possibly your date and place of birth.

  • Details related to the service of both the company's business purpose and contractual relationships and the company's marketing practices followed.

  • In case of communication with you and vice versa, a file is kept with its details.

  • The content of your own reviews, for the information of third parties.

REASON FOR KEEPING AND PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

The company collects and processes personal data concerning you for:

  • its harmonization with the current legislation (GDPR 679/2016).

  • to fulfill the obligations arising from your role as a customer or partner, as well as from its position as an employer in the context of an employment contract.

  • purposes related to the security of persons, facilities, property and any kind of material related to it.

  • the management of its communications with third parties.

RETENTION PERIOD OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

The company can and does keep your data for some years even after the end of the contractual relationship with you, even when it is not required to do so by law. The information is kept in our file for a period of ten (10) years.

REASONS FOR PROVIDING PERSONAL DATA

In order for the company to enter into a contract with you, to meet the obligations arising from it, as well as to exercise all its rights, you are obliged to provide us with your personal data. If this is not possible, the company may not be able to contract with you in order to provide you with its services (either as a service provider or as an employer).

USE OF PERSONAL DATA
  • Employees concerned with personal data make sure their computers are always locked when not in use.

  • Personal data is not shared informally. In particular, they are not sent by non-secure e-mail.

  • Personal data are only found at their necessary processing points and not scattered across a series of computers that is not deemed necessary.

TRANSFER OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

The company does not share files containing sensitive personal data with third parties. In the event that this becomes necessary, it will only be done with the express consent of the subject and for reasons that will be explicitly stated. Furthermore, we disclose personal data to the Authorities, when we are subject to a relevant legal obligation and this becomes necessary in the context of compliance with the law and for public safety. Your data is not transferred outside the European Union.
